Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING AND POSTAGE -

We ship to Australia and New Zealand. We also ship certain products world wide. Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart. Flat rate shipping is sent via courier or Auspost Express.

At this time we do not offer a pick up service.

WARRANTY -

12 month warranty on CSS, Mark Audio and HiVi drivers from date of invoice covering against manufacturer defects only. Does not cover damage or problems arising from incorrect installation/use or mishandling.

RETURNS -

Any returns (incorrectly ordered or otherwise) must be made within 30 days from invoice date. All goods must be in new condition and any shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. A 10% restocking fee will also apply to any returns.
